MatchingWell is a relationship introduction platform that allows married users ("Advocates") to create, manage, and suggest matches on behalf of unmarried users ("Singles"). By using MatchingWell, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchingWell. By using the site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are using the site for its intended purpose.
• You have not been previously banned from our platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Not impersonate another person or create an account on someone’s behalf without permission.

4. Advocate Guidelines

Advocates are expected to:

• Act with integrity and in the best interest of the singles they represent.
• Obtain the single’s full consent before managing their profile.
• Refrain from deceptive or coercive practices.
• Avoid misrepresenting a single’s views, preferences, or character.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others via the site.
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
• Interfere with or disrupt site operations.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MatchingWell at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are engaging in harmful behavior.

7. Disclaimers

We make no guarantees about the accuracy of profiles or the success of any relationships formed through the platform. We are not liable for emotional, relational, or financial outcomes resulting from use of the site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchingWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or on-site. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
